We have worked with Locata Housing Service for a number of years and first created their brand over ten years ago.
Since then Locata has grown into the largest provider of housing options in England working with 78 local authorities and over 200 housing bodies.
Whilst still fulfilling their original business of choice based lettings systems, their services have expanded greatly to include a whole suite of web-based products that provide the backbone for the housing options services their clients deliver. Locata felt it needed to refresh its brand to reflect this online expansion and portray this with a simple user friendly approach.
The rebranding began with an update to their corporate logo which included a sub-brand for their popular Exchange Locata service. Then the new style was rolled-out to stationery, exhibition panels, roller-banners, advertising and soon with the launch of the their new responsive website.
